Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Social Queens Bangalore website and your registration for workshops, cafe circles, kids days and private parties hosted by Social Queens Bangalore.

By browsing this website, submitting a registration, or paying with Razorpay, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund and Cancellation Policy, and the Shipping and Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, please do not register or pay.

Who can register

You must provide accurate details. Most gatherings are for women aged 21 and above. If a workshop lists a different age rule, that rule applies. You are responsible for bringing a valid government photo ID if the venue asks for it.

What you are buying

A paid registration is a seat at a Social Queens gathering — a service, not a physical product shipped to your home. The workshop title, date, time, venue, and fee are shown on the workshop registration page before you pay.

Food, drinks, or extra venue charges are only included if the workshop page says so. Otherwise they are paid at the venue.

Payments

Fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) through Razorpay. Your seat is confirmed only after Razorpay marks the payment successful and our website verifies it. If payment is abandoned, fails, or is not verified, the seat is not held.

If a workshop is free to register, you still agree to these Terms when you submit the form.

Cancellations and refunds

Refunds, no-shows, and host cancellations follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Please read it before you pay.

Your seat and conduct

Spots are limited. Please arrive on time. We may refuse entry or ask a guest to leave, without a refund, if someone is abusive, unsafe, intoxicated in a way that harms the room, or breaks venue rules.

Social Queens is a sisterhood space. Come as you are — and let other women do the same.

Changes to a gathering

Workshops may change venue within Bengaluru, start a little later, or be rescheduled for weather, venue, or safety reasons. We will WhatsApp registered guests. If you cannot make the new plan, you may ask for a full refund under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Photographs

We often photograph tables, florals and the circle for Instagram and this website. If you would rather stay out of photos, tell the host at the door. We will take care.

Liability

Venues, food, and third-party facilities are outside our full control. To the extent permitted by Indian law, Social Queens Bangalore is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from venue issues, travel, or personal belongings. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or for harm that Indian consumer law does not allow us to exclude.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting your statutory consumer rights.
